I. Shipping

Once your order is placed, it will typically be dispatched within 10-14 days, depending on product availability and delivery location. For customized orders, please allow a lead time of 30 days post order confirmation and payment processing.
II. Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Upon receiving the returned product, please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
